Coexa is a mobile app for people who win business face to face: at trade shows, site visits and meetings. Scan a business card, say what the person needs, and Coexa writes the follow-up and keeps chasing it for you.

What Coexa does

Capture the contact in seconds Scan a business card and Coexa reads the name, company, phone and email straight off it on your phone. You can also read a contact QR code or an NFC tag, import a client list from a spreadsheet, or just type the details.
Record what they actually need Speak a short note after the meeting — or type one. Coexa turns it into a clear summary of the requirement, the quantities, the timeline and the budget, in whatever industry you work in.
Send the follow-up you'd have written anyway Coexa drafts a professional first message from that note. You edit it, then send it by email or WhatsApp, with documents attached if you need them.
Never lose the thread Schedule a sequence of follow-ups and Coexa sends them on time from your own email address, so a quiet lead doesn't quietly disappear.

Why Coexa asks to connect your Google Account

Coexa asks for two things, and only these:

Sign in with Google — so your contacts sync to your own account and are there on any device you sign in from.
Send email on your behalf — so your follow-ups arrive from your real address rather than a no-reply robot, and land in the same thread your contact already knows.

Coexa cannot read your inbox. It does not request permission to view, search or download your mail — only to send the messages you have written and approved. Connecting Google is optional: without it, Coexa simply opens your normal mail app with the draft ready to go.
