Cookie Policy

Last updated: 14 July 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Coexa uses cookies and similar storage technologies across our website and mobile application. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

In short: Coexa does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use only the minimum storage needed to keep you signed in and to keep the Service secure.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Mobile apps use comparable technologies — such as local device storage — to remember information between sessions. We refer to all of these together as “cookies and similar technologies”.

2. The Coexa website (these policy pages)

Our public web pages, including this one, are static informational pages. They do not set advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or cross-site trackers. Our servers may keep short-lived technical logs (for example, your IP address) for security and reliability, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. The Coexa mobile app

The app keeps a small amount of information on your device so it can function:

WhatWhyType
Session token Keeps you signed in for up to 30 days so you don’t have to log in every time. Essential
Local app data Stores your leads and settings on the device so the app works quickly and offline. Essential
Onboarding / preference flags Remembers, for example, that you have completed onboarding. Essential

These are strictly necessary for the Service to work. We do not use them to profile you or to serve advertising.

4. Third-party services

Signing in and connecting Gmail happens through Google’s own authentication pages, which may set their own cookies governed by Google’s privacy policy. We do not control those cookies.

5. Managing storage

You can clear the app’s stored data at any time by signing out, clearing the app’s storage in your device settings, or deleting the app. On the web, you can clear cookies through your browser settings. Because our stored data is essential, clearing it will sign you out.

6. Changes

If we introduce new technologies (for example, product analytics), we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
